You know I follow a lot of blogs, many of them nail art related, but there is this blog I really like, Swatch and Learn, that is the best when you need to know about a specific polish, its quality, how it looks, etc. Mary, the blogger, is having an internationally open giveaway and the prize is too cool to be true, it consists in Milani make up and polish.
